Dipper Note 06.15.2017

This morning I spent about 3/4 of an hour each at bridges 1 and 3 (8:15 AM to 9:45 AM). At bridge 1, I saw only the male. It made 1 trip to the nest, but then was gone for a long time. I moved to the pool below the dam, and saw 1 fledgling. The male flew in and fed it several times (photo).
At bridge 3 I saw both the male and female making several trips to the nest with food. No sign of fledglings in the area.
