There were a pair of Dippers in upper Lithia Park. They were feeding together in the rapids opposite the final houses along Granite Street as you go uphill. One of the birds sang briefly. They were clearly a mated pair working their way downstream. I did not see any bands on any of the four Dipper legs.DIPPER CLR
